how much time does it take to process a 'Permanent' visa and how much does it cost?

I am Hamid from Pakistan here is my business from last 5 years now I want to apply for China permanent one.my friends business in china.he have big business in china Saudi . Singapore and Pakistan now how much time does it take to process a ' Permanent type and hou much does it cost?

Hameed, the processing time is six months counted from the day you submit your application. It costs CNY 1500 for the application fee and CNY 300 for the permanent residence permit.
