I plan to book a ticket online. How much time in advance do I need to arrive at the Beijing South Station in order to collect the ticket? Are the waiting lines for the Shanghai G-trains very long? Thank you!

Usually you 'd better arrive the station 90min in advance if you need to collect the ticket. It is hard to say how long the line could be, it also depends on the date and time as well.
