I want to be at PEK airport 2pm. Tuesday or Wednesday. What do you suggest ?

U can take a taxi from where you are to SJZ Railway Station and then take a fast train to Beijing in the morning within 1.5h. U will be taken to Beijing West Station. There you can take shuttle bus line 7 to PEK directly. I am sure you will arrive there by 2:00pm.
