Pickup tickets on Sunday, hours?

I would like to pickup my tickets the day before (on a Sunday). Are the ticket counters open to pickup tickets purchased online, on Sunday? Does anyone know the hours they are open?

My train leaves from SH Hongqiao station, but it would be easier to pick them up from Shanghai station (the main one) if possible.
