I’m afraid you misunderstand the info. The free shuttle bus doesn’t run from the airport to the ferry terminal. It only serves the Airport Express (AE) passengers.
After gettihng from AE train at Kowloon station, you can transfer to free shuttle bus line K2 to China Ferry Terminal, which is still available now.0
