About:Hongkong Attractions

is it also possible to take a bus from Shamrock or Nathan Hotel going to Disneyland in Hong Kong?

what bus number and bus station? and how long it will take?

There is no direct bus from these two hotels to Disneyland. So it's suggested to take MTR.
Take Tsuen Wan Line at MTR Jordan Station, C1, and get off at Lai King Station. Transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disneyland Resort Line, and get off at Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. After arriving, just walk to your destination directly. It will take 40 to 50 mins on the way.
