About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Hotel Delivery still available?

Hi, I'm confused about the hotel delivery service. If "tickets booked online can only be picked up at railway stations", is hotel delivery still available? I'd like to avoid an extra trip to a train station just to pick up the tickets, if I can. Thanks.
