About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Visa application to join the Canton Fair Exhibition

I am the regional manager of Accusource Inc. in Pakistan. I would like to apply to China for the Canton Fair. Can you please send me the required list of documents and if it is possible to get a invitation letter to the fair, I will be looking forward to your reply.

The documents are:
your valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Entity, an invitation letter from the fair, support letter from your company, bank statement with at least 6 months history, round trip tickets and hotel bookings in China.

I tried to apply for the invitation letter through canton fair website , but it says to contact trade partner in china for valid invitation letter :(

can someone help

..for Pakistan they didn't send electronic or e badge invitation letter...there fore you should print out the application along with hotel booking in china ..and your details such as valid passport, Company letter, bank statement, etc and submit it for visa ...
