Best and cheap carrier for data connection in Guangzhou, China

Hi, I will be travelling to Guangzhou, China this month. My mobile supports GSM and WCDMA And would like to know which carrier is the best to use as a data connection? I will be using to browse the internet VIA the mobile only. A sample charge for a sim card and a sample data connection charge would be help full. Many Thanks.
