what i need to make Multi - Entry with 12 month validity Visa from Malaysia.

If you are in China now, you can only go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau and ask for an extension.

If you want to apply for another one, you may need to try it out of China, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end. If you want to apply in Malaysia, you can provide your related documents according to your purposes to China as well as your proof of legal status in Malaysia to apply through the local CVASC.

It is not assured that you can get it in either of the place. You are suggested to find a tour agency in HK first and then call the agency as well as the embassy in Malaysia to ask. After you get an exact answer, then you can go.
