what hotels are nearest disneyland excluding the two disney hotels, hong kong?

I'm afraid there is no other accommdoation for your choice near the resort except the two expensive one. To save money, you can consider finding a hotel near Tsing Yi or Tsuen Wan, from where the transportation to Disneyland is relatively easy.
