About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

6mth multi entry visa

Hi,
I plan on visiting a relative in China in about 4 months time. With a letter of invitation from my relative, can I apply for a 6mth multi entry China mainland one in Hong Kong? I'm an Irish passport holder.

It may be hard to get it in HK. It is suggested to apply it in your home country.
