what are the advantages of staying in a disney hotel against staying in hotels in kowloon?

Well, if you staying in a disney hotel, of course it's very close to Disneyland Resort. You will have enough time to fully enjoy yourselves. Also you can enjoy better scenery by staying here than Kowloon.
