International bank transfer China-Europe

Hello! Is it possible to make an international bank transfer from my chinese ICBC account to my Romanian bank account ? If it is does somebody know the costs ?

Tudor, you can transfer money from your ICBC account to your Romanian account. However, you will be charged a certain amount of Chinese CNY as handling fee. I think you should call ICBC's hot line 95588 to confirm how much you will pay.
