Pick-up a ticket

Can I pick up the Train-Ticket already in Beijing, when travelling from Hangzhou to Shanghei?

You can collect ticket at any railway station in Mainland China. But if the departure city is not where yo collect it, CNY5 handling fee per ticket is needed.
