About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Home Return Permit - Change of Name

I'm HK permanent resident but I live in the UK. Can I apply for change of name of my Home Return Permit at China Embassy in London?

You change your name because of marriage?
If so, you can try to apply to change through the embassy in London or any nearby consulate.
