I am Rat 10/10/1984 born my wife Dragon 14/11/1988 got married. Me and My wife are not happy fully

Before engagement after engagement and before marriage and after marriage, always we quarrel with each other, some times happy some times not. But most of the time we are unhappy, i m very much talkative, she dont like that, i am very much amicable to every one , she doesnt like that. I m not able to understand her, generally 99% of people likes me alot. Gals like to spend time with me, but she is not like that, she is different, i dont find that interest in her. What to do, to be a happy couple,as u mentioned Rat and Dragon are 80% compatible.
