Grand Canal Cruise from West Lake

How can I get to the wharf or port to take the cruise from the West Lake area? I wanted to go on a cruise while I am in Hangzhou. I would appreciate any assistance in getting to the wharf, buying tickets, and directions. I will be coming from the West Lake area. Thank you.
