What is time and fare of ferry from HKIA to Guangzhou and also back.? What is max luggage wt.

Only one ferry is scheduled from HKIA to Guangzhou Nanshan on every Thursday and Saturday. It leaves at 11:15 and the fare is 356HKD for an economy class cabin and 471HKD for a super class cabin. If you cannot catch the ferry, take a direct cross-border coach to Guangzhou instead. Buses are scheduled from 07:00 to 22:15. It takes 4h and the fare is 250HKD per person.

For the return trip, buses can be taken at Yuexiu South Coach Terminal, Garden Hotel, Hotel Landmark Canton and China Hotel. Buses can be taken from 05:15 to 19:15. The fare is also 250HKD and the duration is 3.5-4h.

For the convenience to catch the bus back to HKIA, I suggest you stay near Haizhu Square and the Hotel Landmark Canton and Guangzhou Hotel are recommended.

I'm not sure whether such heavy luggage is allowed to take onto ferry or bus. But U can store your luggage in HKIA. For 5 days' storage, the fare is 130HKD for the first three days and for the rest two days, you need to pay 80HKD for each day.
