What paperwork do I need for transporting 6" bare silicon and glass wafers to china from USA to show

Steve, if you bring it with you, you may put it in your checked luggage. I think you needn't prepare any paperwork. If you are worried, you may bring the materials that prove you are going to join a show held in China and they are just samples for the show.
