i will join my employer( ship) in shanghai

I will join ship on 28th in shanghai port,as a afterward.then I will travel with that ship to South Asia.i just need a entry visa to join ship.i believe will stay inside Shanghai port china until 14th of November,Which type I should apply?What are the documents requiered?Thank you Mohamed (srilanka )

A single entry Tourist L is suggested to apply. You need to provide a letter from local tour agency, an invitation letter tourist” from Chinese Tourist Bureau, your travel routes in China, companying covering letter (if any), latest 3 months bank statement, your valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo.
