What is my Chinese element, zodiac, animal and name, in accordance to Chinese lunar calendar please?

What is my Chinese element, zodiac, animal and name, in accordance to Chinese lunar calendar please? My DOB is 21/11/1972.
In 12 zodiacs set, I was Scorpio in western zodiac types, but now I am Libra after the new 13 zodiac types, which feels more like me.. Is there any change in Chinese astrology in the respond to a new set of 13 western zodiac types? I would appreciate any clarity on this, please.

Nothing changed. You are still a Scorpio. People continue to use the 12 sign zodiac.
