Is it a good time to visit Taiwan over the Chinese New Year in 2015 (19 to 20 Feb 2015)?

Based on the weather records in the past years, it will be a little cool then, but there would be frequent rainy days, not that convenient for travel. Apart from that, many people travel there over the festival, so you may meet the crowds. Considering all, I would recommend you change your travel plan.
