As a holder of Nigerian Official Passport, do I need a visa to embark on an official trip to China? What about. Hong Kong?

For the official passport, do you mean the diplomatic or service passports or those for public affairs? If so, you can enjoy a 30-day free entry policy to China mainland. For HK, you still need to apply a specific type according to your trip's purpose.
