My cargo still in saudia or returned back to china? Also the procedure of re-sending from china post

Please tell me the correct status of all my cargo, here Saudi post told me that they returned my cargo back to china if it is so then guide me how to resend it back to me after reaching their china post. Can they resend it to me with different address ?

Yes, all your three packages were sent back to China. Did they tell you why your items were sent back? I feel that there might be something wrong. Is it because your items can't go through the customs check?

Actually they didn't told us the correct reason of sending back to china!
I track yesterday its showing one of my cargo package CP300966525CN received in shanghai, now m wondering did they send it to Zhengzhou to the re-direct address which i written on the receipt or not !
And what about rest two? can you please help me in contacting there in shanghai and claim to send all packages to Re- Directed address in Zhengzhou, Henan, China Post, then my friend will collect them and resend me with the new destination address .
