Shika snow mountain & more questions

I will go to Yunnan next month. Shika Mountain is one of my destination.

I saw many reviews that show on the top of Shika Mountain was not have snow all the year then I would like to get some advice about that. I may reach on Shika Mountain around 20-23 October. Could I see the snow here ?

Moreover, I have some questions as below
1. What about admission fee and rental coat fee at Shika Mountain.
2. If I would like to visit Songzanlin monastery to take a photo on the outside only, Have I had to pay an admission fee. (I noticed that around monastry have a village or there are monk's house ??)
3. After I finished in Shangri-la, I plan to go to Lijiang and visit Tiger Leaping Gorge.
- What about the private car rental price.
- Moreover, I noticed that some reviews have to "pay toll" for 50 yuan/person during the way between Lijiang - Shangrila. Is it right ?

Thank you very much

First of all, I'd like to tell you that you may see the snow during that time.

1. The entrance fee + cable car costs CNY270. I remmeber the coat rental fee is CNY20-50.
2. If don't get into the monastry, no need to pay the entrance fare.
3. The car rental fare from the Shrila to Lijiang is CNY500-600. Yes, there are two toll gates for the highway for this route, but I am not sure about the fare, probably CNY50. You may need to pay the toll fare on ur own.
