RH051605235CN air mail via china post on 9 sep not rec in India till 2 oct

Tracking status of RH051605235CN
track-chinapost.com Shows
Received by China Post Shanghai India 12.9.14
Export Security Scan Shanghai India 13.9.14
In Customs-Control warehouse Shanghai India 14.9.14
But Today is 2.10.14
Why the parcel is not dispatched after 18 days till today
I am unable to contact china post
Kindly guide

Your item was reopened after it went through the customs check. There should be something wrong. You may try to contact the sender and see if he can contact China Post to find out what happened.
