About:China Customs Declaration

I wanted to take 20,000 in is dollars

Going for business wanted to take 20,000 with me in us
So what forms do I need to fill out and what do I do on way back

Sonnie, you can take as much as 5000 USD or 20000 RMB in cash. If you plan to take 20000 USD, you'd better deposit in your debit card and then withdraw it when you are in China. Or you can make it to a traveler's cheque and then withdraw money in China.
