About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Residence permit, no work permit

Hi, I was working for company in China, but my contract was terminated and I don't have work permit anymore. I still have residence permit valid till may 2015. How long I can stay in China, while looking for a new job?

If your resident permit is not cancelled by your company, you can use it to stay till May 2015. So you can stay in China till May 2015 and find a new job during your staying.
