i want to cancel my rail ticket, i got it booked online through friend

Hey, if you haven’t exchange a paper ticket yet and there are more than two hours before the train left, you can cancel online.
If you have exchanged it yet, go to the nearest railway station, and cancel your ticket in the refund windows.
