can an Irish passport holder apply for a Chinese visa in Cambodia

I will be in Cambodia from 5 Dec 2014 to 5 Mar 2015 and then wish to travel to China returning to Ireland from Shanghai on 7 May 2015.Can I get my Chinese visa in Cambodia

Yes, you can. Just prepare all required documents and a legal stay permit or prrof in Cambodia to apply for the visa at Chinese emabssy or consulate.
