Possible to study with a M visa ?

Hi ! I'm Charles frome France.

I was wondering if it is possible to study in a chinese university with a M type?

I explain why : I would like to go China to both study chinese and make business for french companies (as an agent). Is it possible?

Hi, Charles. According to the rules, you cannot study under a M type, because M type is only for business affairs. For your sitution, it may be possible. You are suggested not to tell the officer that you will do business while in China.

You are still suggested to consult the embassy/consulate for accurate information.
