What is the best method (with a 2 year old kid) from Hong Kong Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui?

To save money and for convenience, U can take airport shuttle bus no. A21 to Tsim Sha Tsui directly. It takes around 60min and the bus fare is 33HKD.
