Disneyland tour with family

Hi. I'm a filipina with a Sri Lankan husband . We are based in dubai. But we are going to have vacation in philippines then was planning to take a 3 days tour of hongkong. Do my husband & our Son who is a sri lankan passport holder requires visa??? please help.thank you
