About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Can I bring a new, empty Zippo lighter in its original box on a flight to China?

Or will it be confiscated. I was thinking of bringing it as a gift.

One thing for sure is that you can't take it in your carry-on luggage. According to what I heard, some airlines allow passengers to take lighter in their checked luggage. However, some other airlines don't. So you'd better confirm this with your airline.
