You can take the bus E11 from the Airport Ground Transportation Center and get off at Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central. Then walk to the Western Market, Connaught Road West to take the bus 1 to the Queen Street, Des Voeux Road West.

When you go back to the airport, you can walk to the Queen Street, Connaught Road West to take the bus E11 to the airport directly.
