About:FAQ on China Postal Service

A little help please? This is my tracking number RN800658491CN.

It has gone through collecting, opening and dispatching in Changsha and now it's back to "Opening" again in Guangzhou when it should have been shipped. Is that normal? :(

Darling, the status is ok. Your parcel was sent from Changsha to Guangzhou n Sep. 27. But it hasn't gone through the customs. Please keep an eye on it. Once the status changes into "Delivery to airport", your parcel will leave China.

Departure from outward office of exchange-- does that mean it's ready to take off to the Philippines? Thanks again!

This status possibly means that your parcel is ready to be sent to you. However, it doesn't change for several days,then it indicates that your parcel is stuck somewhere.
