Letter Hainan-Fujian. How to call a courier?

Hello. I need to send letter from Hainan (my hotel is at Yalong Bay, near Sanya) to Quanzhou (Fujian).

Vitaliy, you need to go to local post office to send your letter. If it is really urgent, you may call 11183 to ask for EMS service. There will be someone who visit your home to collect your letter.
