Airport ---> Binjiang

A friend of mine is flying to Hangzhou and is coming to Binjiang. It says you can take the shuttle bus from the Airport to Binjiang with stops at the Ramada Plaza Hangzhou Riverside and Tianheng Plaza. Where is Tianheng Plaza? I've tried Google Mapping it with no results. Does anyone have a map of where it is approximately? and about how long will it take to get there from the airport?
