Housing in Qingdao for an Expat

Which is the best place in Qingdao to rent an apartment for an Expat ? What would be monethly rent of a Typical 2-3BHk apartment in a nice locality for an Expat considering a fully furnished apartment 2 BHK with all modern facilities?

You can rent a house in Shinan District, near the city center.
The monthly renting price is above CNY 2000 for the apartment as you demanded.
