About:How to Buy Tickets

Do you still offer to send tickets to hotels?

Please clarify for me: train ticket policy has changed in that passports need to be shown in order to claim ticket. Yet it appears you offer a service to send the tickets to the hotel. How can you do that if the customer hasn't shown the passport to officials? I am very interested in the hotel option if it is still offered. Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry.
We still offer the delivery service. If you are interested in the delivery service, you can provide us the hotel information when you submit your booking. Thank you.

That is great but how can you do that when the new policy is that I have to prove my identity? Do I still have to wait on some line at the train station to do this? Or can I just board the train with the tickets you give me?

Also, when the tickets are delivered to the hotel, do I have to be present? Or can the hotel receive them and give them to me when I return to hotel after day of sightseeing?

We can deliver the tickets to your hotel and the hotel staff can receive this delivery for you, of course you need to make sure whether the hotel can receive it for you or not. And when you book the tickets with us, you need to offer us your passport copies. We will deliver the real paper ticket for you and it is the final ticket for boarding on the train.
