How does the national day golden week affect shipments on special orders from China to the USA

If you parcel was sent out by the sender during the National Holiday, the parcel will stay in the warehouse of China Post and will be sent out after the holiday.

If the parcel had been recieved for sorting prior to the Holiday will it go through customs and transfer to NY during National DaY?
