Our hotel is Holiday Inn at Causeway Bay and plane arrival is 8:15 p.m.

Do you mean that the hotel name is Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay?If yes, take E11 or A11 at Ground Transportation Centre of the airport, and get off at Wan Chai Fire Station. Then walk to your hotel directly. Hope helpful.    :)
