About:Marriage Registration in China

me indian and she is Chinese. we want to get married

I am Indian 24 and she is Chinese 24 . And we want to marry in china. single status certificate for me should be authenticated by who?. Indian government municipal services? Or ... I am confused. Please guide me ? And is there is any format of single status certificate?

The certificate needs to be notarized by local notary office and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then authenticated by Chinese embassy.

There is no format for the single status certificate.
