I am a Saudi citizen I bought a ticket to South Korea from China Southern Airlines My trip from Kuala Lumpur to Seoul Return trip, according to the ticket, I will stay at Guangzhou airport 3 hours to go to Seoul Do I need a Transit Visa

Since you only stay for 3 hours, a Transit G is not needed.
