Take airport express to Tsing Yi Station. Then transfer to Tung Chung Line, and get off at Olympic Station, Exit C5. Then walk to your hotel directly.

As you will stay for 3 nights, I would suggest you buy Airport Express Travel Pass. This is an Octopus Card with either 1 or 2 Airport Express single journey(s) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited ride on MTR.

You can buy it in the airport. After you go through the immigration formalities, you can see a counter to sell this kind of card. Besides, at the Customer Service Center of the Airport Express, you can also get this type of card.

If you don’t find the place, don’t worry about that, this card can be bought in MTR Customer Service Centres, and Light Rail Customer Service Centres.

Thanks David for your useful information. I will be arriving Hong Kong International Airport at 11pm. May I know if the MTR is still operating during that hour. How much does it cost from Airport to Rosedale Hotel Kowloon by Airport Express?

Yes, the Airport Express and local MTR is still available upon your arrival. Well then, take Airport Express to Tsing Yi, where transfer to Tung Chung line and get off at Olympic station. Leave through exit B and U can easily walk to your hotel. The whole trip costs 60HKD per person.

And here is another way for you:
take shuttle bus no. E21 and get off at Ming Kei College, Cherry Street. Then the Rosedale Hotel Kowloon is within walking distance. The bus stops operating around 00:00. Hurry up and you you can still catch that. The bus fare is 14HKD by the way.
