How to reach Stone forest? How long does it take to return KMG Intl. airport!

Hello, I will stay in the Enjoying International Hotel Yongsheng Road (Nanyao Railway Station) Guandu District, KMG, during my transit to Nepal. My departure is 2;25 pm, so I must be there before 12'50 afternoon.
Can I manage to see the stone forest on morning? How long does it take to reach there from my Hotel by private car? How to book for the trip as I booked hotel from Agoda.com, they have not provided any direct information regarding the Hotel and local authority.
Can anybody help me to visit that?
