submission of visa application through representative

Dear Sirs/MadamWe 5 Business personal received invitation from CIAPE to attend CIAPE fair which to be continue from 19th Oct to 21st Oct. and we are interested to submit our application through our Representative with the relevant document for your kind perusal. In the regards we will be happy if you kindly inform us that through our authorized representative  can submit the same  or not.Thanks and best regardsKashem.

If all of you are the first time to apply it, you cannot use the representative to apply. According to the rules, you need to apply in person if you are the first time to apply.
