It is getting cold in Beijing during that time. Sometimes, it is windy and you will feel dry. The temperature would range from 35F to 64F. Considering all, you are recommended to prepare Long John, sweater and thick jacket. Also there may be haze then, so you may also need a mask.

The other two cities will get a little cool then, with the temperature ranging from 60F to 73F. Sometimes, it may rain a little. U can prepare long-sleeved shirt, cardigan, jacket as well as simple rainy gear.
