What type of transport to take from the above to Lan Kwai Fong

You can take subway to your destination. It's very convenient.
Walk to Mong Kok Station to take Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Central Station. Get out from Exit D2 and walk along Theatre Lane and up D'Aguilar Street to find your destination.
